Covid & Church

Update 19/03/21

The PCC have restored Public Worship at St Andrew's Church. Services will be held each Sunday and Wednesday at 09.30am. We will of course continue to live stream our services, which can be found on our Facebook page & our website.  With the restrictions on numbers due to us maintaining a social distance in the space we have in church, if you would like to attend a service please get in touch with our PCC secretary on or by phoning 07714 005105. This will help to avoid disappointment if we are at capacity.

Public Worship

Please DO NOT enter if you are feeling unwell or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past seven days.

Please make sure you are aware of the risks especially if you are vulnerable and take responsibility for your own safety and that of your household, particularly maintaining social distancing and observing hygiene measures.

Ensure children are supervised at all times.

Our weekly online services will also continue via Facebook and our website.

What we have done:

  • We have carried out a COVID – 19 risk assessment

  • We have cleaning, hand cleansing and hygiene procedures in place in line with government and church guidance.

  • We have taken all reasonable steps to help everyone maintain the government recommended distance between different users of the building.

  • Wearing of masks is strongly recommended.

  • A detailed letter of procedures and the full risk assessment are available via the links below.
